We would like to
take this opportunity to say how glad we are
that we chose Nelson Homes Inc. to build our home. After being gone from
Montana for over 40 years, we returned to build our retirement
home. We chose Ryan and Lyneah Nelson following our initial meeting with them
because of their integrity and candor. By the end of the build, we
knew we would remain lifelong friends with this young couple. To this day, we have
the utmost respect for them.
The build process
was well organized and it went quite smoothly due to the
timeline Ryan created at the very beginning. This timeline gave us
weeks in advance to select everything needed to build our home, from windows,
doors, cabinets and flooring to lighting, doorknobs, paint colors,
and all hardware for cabinets and fixtures. A real dream come
true for anyone with little experience in all the intricate
details of home building. Another huge plus to us was Ryan’s ability to make
necessary changes to our floor plan with his cad program. Having
a builder with that kind of knowledge is an absolute must in our
opinion. In regards to budget, Ryan was always willing to go through
everything with us each month and he made sure that everything was
done correctly to satisfy the bank’s requirements for payment. And
finally, Lyneah’s help and proficiency in picking out everything on
the inside as well as materials and colors forthe outside was simply
immeasurable. We would have definitelystruggled without her selfless
generosity of time and help. It was an absolute delight working
with her.
