Nelson Homes built our home on a remote site with difficult access to the site and around the house. Construction was started in July with the anticipated completion in November of the next year. The house was completed in August so we were able to move in three months ahead of schedule. Nelson Homes was very cooperative and honest negotiating changes to the original plans to improve construction and reduce costs. Their construction crew and subcontractors were excellent craftsman as evident in the high quality of the home we have. We highly recommend Nelson Homes for your project.

We would like to
take this opportunity to say how glad we are
that we chose Nelson Homes Inc. to build our home. After being gone from
Montana for over 40 years, we returned to build our retirement
home. We chose Ryan and Lyneah Nelson following our initial meeting with them
because of their integrity and candor. By the end of the build, we
knew we would remain lifelong friends with this young couple. To this day, we have
the utmost respect for them. 

The build process
was well organized and it went quite smoothly due to the
timeline Ryan created at the very beginning. This timeline gave us
weeks in advance to select everything needed to build our home, from windows,
doors, cabinets and flooring to lighting, doorknobs, paint colors,
and all hardware for cabinets and fixtures. A real dream come
true for anyone with little experience in all the intricate
details of home building. Another huge plus to us was Ryan’s ability to make
necessary changes to our floor plan with his cad program. Having
a builder with that kind of knowledge is an absolute must in our
opinion. In regards to budget, Ryan was always willing to go through
everything with us each month and he made sure that everything was
done correctly to satisfy the bank’s requirements for payment. And
finally, Lyneah’s help and proficiency in picking out everything on
the inside as well as materials and colors forthe outside was simply
immeasurable. We would have definitelystruggled without her selfless
generosity of time and help. It was an absolute delight working
with her.

I had the misfortune of having a runaway car crash into my house, causing extensive damage to my basement. Nelson Homes was prompt in repairing the damages and taking care of any issues with the insurance company. They were very courteous and professional. The end result looks as though the damages had never occurred! I highly recommend them!

I have been in the industry for over 30 years as a designer and I can attest to working with alot of builders. Nelsons are above par for honesty and quality. They will be honest with you from the start and that isnt always the case in this industry. They always kept us in the loop about our project and came in on budget. The workmanship is high end. Ryan is a great problem solver and knows what he is doing. He can do small projects to huge Multi million dollar builds. I have seen several of his houses and projects and they are incredible.
